Modern Infrastructure
A fully serviced industrial site in the heart of Northern Hungary, developed with European Union co-financing. Following a HUF 1.5 billion investment, the site has been revitalized into a well-maintained, immediately deployable industrial facility.
Core infrastructure enabling immediate operations
The infrastructure investments implemented at Moveo Park are designed to ensure the immediate and uninterrupted operations for incoming companies. The developments were carried out with European Union co-financing under the Széchenyi 2020 Programme, within a regulated and audited project framework ( Project ID: TOP-1.1.1-15-BO1-2016-00003)
Road Network
Part of the park’s internal road network has been constructed to modern standards, ensuring efficient goods movement and the smooth execution of logistics operations. The roads have been designed to accommodate heavy industrial traffic requirements.
Reception building
The park’s central reception building supports administrative and organizational functions. It serves as a hub for operational services required by tenant companies.
Water supply and sewage system
The drinking water and wastewater systems are fully developed and could be available across all plots within the site. A modern wastewater treatment facility ensures full compliance with environmental regulations.
Access road development
The upgraded access road between the park and the M30 motorway provides fast and reliable road connectivity. The development also included the installation of traffic lights and the junctions of the Sajókeresztúr main road and the access road, ensuring safe heavy vehicle traffic.
Reliable ownership and operational structure
Moveo Park is operated by ACÉLMAX Zrt., majority-owned by the Municipality of Sajókeresztúr, with private capital involvement, which ensures long-term commitment, predictable decision-making and stable operational environment.
Moveo Park aims to obtain Technology Park status, supported by the Association of Science and Technology Parks. This will unlock additional funding opportunities, expanded R&D collaborations and access to professional networks.
